Please read these terms carefully before using UnGeo. They explain how our Smart DNS service works, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from users.

Agreement between you and UnGeo

Welcome to UnGeo. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the UnGeo website, Smart DNS service, account area, setup guides, support services, and any related features provided by UnGeo.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using our service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use UnGeo.

2 About UnGeo

UnGeo provides a Smart DNS service designed to help users access supported streaming services on compatible devices with a simple DNS setup.

UnGeo is not a streaming provider. We do not host, store, broadcast, sell, or redistribute movies, TV shows, live channels, or any third-party content. All content remains provided directly by the relevant streaming platforms, broadcasters, and content owners.

UnGeo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any streaming platform, broadcaster, device manufacturer, or channel mentioned on our website. All trademarks, logos, service names, and brand names belong to their respective owners.

3 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country, to create an account or purchase a subscription.

By using UnGeo, you confirm that:

the information you provide is accurate and up to date;
you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account;
you will use the service only for lawful personal purposes;
you will not misuse, resell, or abuse the service.

4 Account Registration

To use UnGeo, you may need to create an account and provide certain information, including your email address and billing details.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your login details secure and notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, violate these Terms, or are used in a way that may harm UnGeo, our infrastructure, or other users.

5 Service Use

UnGeo is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless we provide written permission otherwise.

You agree not to:

resell, rent, share, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to UnGeo;
use automated systems, scripts, or bots to abuse the service;
attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or interfere with our systems;
use UnGeo for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities;
use the service in a way that violates third-party rights or applicable laws;
bypass account limits, subscription limits, or technical restrictions.

We may monitor service usage patterns to protect our infrastructure, prevent abuse, and maintain reliable performance.

6 Smart DNS Limitations

Smart DNS is different from a VPN. It does not encrypt your internet connection and does not provide the same privacy or security features as a VPN.

UnGeo is designed for streaming access and device compatibility, but we cannot guarantee that every website, channel, streaming platform, country library, device, app, router, network, or internet provider will work at all times.

Streaming platforms and content providers may change their systems, availability, app behavior, geographic rules, or access requirements without notice. These changes may affect whether a specific service works with UnGeo.

We may update DNS routing, server configurations, supported channels, device guides, and service features at any time to improve reliability or compatibility.

7 Supported Channels and Devices

The list of supported channels, apps, services, devices, and regions on our website is provided for informational purposes.

Availability may vary depending on your location, device, streaming account, app version, DNS settings, internet provider, network configuration, and the policies of third-party streaming providers.

UnGeo does not guarantee permanent access to any specific streaming service, channel, app, country library, or content title.

8 Subscriptions and Payments

UnGeo offers paid subscription plans. Prices, billing periods, features, and promotions may change from time to time.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the selected payment method for the chosen plan, including renewals where applicable.

You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date. If a payment fails, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled.

Unless otherwise stated, subscription access begins after successful payment confirmation.

9 Renewals and Cancellation

Some plans may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription through the client area or by contacting support. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous payments unless you qualify under our Refund Policy.

If your subscription expires, is cancelled, or payment fails, access to UnGeo may be limited or disabled.

10 Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

If UnGeo does not work for your device or region and you are eligible under the Refund Policy, you may request a refund within the applicable refund period.

We may refuse refund requests in cases of abuse, repeated purchases and cancellations, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, chargeback misuse, or requests outside the refund period.

11 Free Trials and Promotions

UnGeo may offer free trials, discounts, coupons, or promotional plans.

Trials and promotions may be limited by account, email address, payment method, IP address, device, household, or other anti-abuse checks.

We reserve the right to modify, limit, withdraw, or refuse any trial or promotion at any time.

12 Support

UnGeo provides support through the contact methods listed on our website.

We aim to respond as quickly as possible, but response times may vary depending on the complexity of the request, support volume, time zone, and service conditions.

Support may include setup guidance, troubleshooting, billing help, and compatibility assistance. We cannot provide support for unrelated third-party account issues, streaming provider subscriptions, device defects, internet provider problems, or unauthorized use of third-party services.

13 Service Availability

We work to keep UnGeo stable and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability.

The service may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, internet routing problems, server outages, DNS changes, third-party platform changes, payment provider issues, or events outside our control.

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service at any time if needed for maintenance, security, compliance, abuse prevention, or business reasons.

14 Acceptable Use

You must use UnGeo responsibly and lawfully.

You may not use UnGeo to:

commit fraud or illegal activity;
infringe intellectual property rights;
harass, abuse, or harm others;
distribute malware or malicious traffic;
attack, scan, overload, or interfere with networks or systems;
bypass subscription requirements of third-party services;
resell or commercially exploit the service without permission.

Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination without refund.

15 Third-Party Services

UnGeo may help configure DNS access for supported third-party streaming services, apps, websites, or devices.

Those third-party services are not controlled by UnGeo. Your use of them is subject to their own terms, conditions, subscription rules, account requirements, and regional availability.

UnGeo is not responsible for third-party content, pricing, app updates, account restrictions, service changes, errors, removals, or availability.

16 Intellectual Property

All UnGeo website content, design, branding, text, graphics, icons, layouts, custom code, and service materials are owned by UnGeo or used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, or use UnGeo materials for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Third-party trademarks, logos, channel names, and platform names displayed on our website remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification and compatibility information.

17 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to UnGeo if:

you violate these Terms;
your payment fails;
you misuse the service;
your account is connected to fraud or abuse;
your use creates security, technical, legal, or operational risk;
we are required to do so by law or payment provider rules.

Termination may result in loss of access to the service. Refund eligibility, if any, will be determined according to our Refund Policy.

18 Disclaimer of Warranties

UnGeo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, compatible with every device, or able to access every streaming platform, region, channel, or title.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

19 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnGeo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of access, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of business, service interruptions, or third-party service changes.

Our total liability for any claim related to UnGeo will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the subscription period related to the claim.
