Refund Policy
We want UnGeo to feel simple and fair. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and which situations may not qualify.
30-day money-back guarantee
If UnGeo does not work for your device, network, or region, you may request a refund within 30 days of your first payment, subject to the conditions below.
1 General Refund Principle
UnGeo provides a Smart DNS service for supported streaming access on compatible devices. We do our best to keep the service reliable, simple to configure, and clearly documented.
If you purchase UnGeo and the service does not work as expected for your device, network, or region, we will try to help you troubleshoot the issue first. If we cannot resolve the problem and your request is eligible under this policy, we will issue a refund.
2 30-Day Refund Window
First-time customers may request a refund within 30 calendar days from the date of their first successful payment.
The refund request must be submitted to our support team before the end of the 30-day period. Requests received after this period may be refused.
3 Who Is Eligible for a Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if all of the following conditions apply:
- you are a first-time UnGeo customer;
- your refund request is submitted within 30 calendar days of your first payment;
- you purchased your subscription directly through the UnGeo website or client area;
- you contacted support and allowed us a reasonable opportunity to troubleshoot the issue;
- the service does not work for your supported device, network, or region after troubleshooting;
- your account has not violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use rules.
4 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team from the email address linked to your UnGeo account.
Please include:
- your UnGeo account email address;
- your invoice number or transaction reference, if available;
- the device or router you are using;
- the country or region where you are using the service;
- a short description of the issue;
- any troubleshooting steps you have already tried.
Providing clear details helps us process your request faster and determine whether the issue can be resolved.
5 Troubleshooting Before Refund
Because Smart DNS setup depends on your device, router, internet provider, DNS settings, IP address, and third-party streaming app behavior, we may ask you to complete reasonable troubleshooting steps before approving a refund.
These steps may include checking DNS settings, updating your IP address in the client area, restarting your device or router, clearing app data, testing another supported device, or confirming your streaming account status.
If you refuse to provide basic information or do not allow us to troubleshoot, we may be unable to confirm eligibility for a refund.
6 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be available in the following situations:
- the refund request is made after the 30-day refund period;
- you have already received a refund from UnGeo before;
- you purchased a renewal and did not cancel before the renewal date;
- the issue is caused by an unsupported device, unsupported app, or unsupported streaming service;
- the issue is caused by your internet provider, network restrictions, router configuration, or third-party account problem;
- you are unable to access content because you do not have a valid subscription with the relevant streaming provider;
- you used the service successfully and later changed your mind without a technical issue;
- your account was suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service;
- there is evidence of fraud, abuse, excessive account sharing, chargeback misuse, or repeated refund requests.
7 Renewals and Cancellations
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for previous payments.
You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not want to continue using UnGeo.
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or approved by UnGeo at our discretion.
8 Promotional and Discounted Plans
Discounted plans, coupons, special offers, seasonal promotions, and long-term packages may be subject to the same 30-day refund period unless the promotion clearly states different refund terms.
If a refund is approved for a discounted plan, the refund will be based on the actual amount paid, not the regular plan price.
9 Free Trials
If UnGeo offers a free trial, the trial is intended to help you test whether the service works for your device, network, and preferred supported streaming services before purchasing.
Trial availability may be limited by account, email address, payment method, IP address, device, household, or other anti-abuse checks.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or remove trial access in cases of abuse, duplicate accounts, or misuse.
10 Third-Party Streaming Services
UnGeo is not a streaming provider and does not sell, host, broadcast, or control third-party content.
Streaming platforms, broadcasters, apps, device manufacturers, internet providers, and payment providers may change their systems, policies, availability, account requirements, app behavior, or regional access rules at any time.
We cannot guarantee permanent access to any specific channel, app, country library, streaming platform, device, or content title.
11 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a problem with UnGeo, please contact support first so we can help resolve the issue.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
We may provide payment processors with account records, service usage details, invoices, support history, refund policy details, and other relevant information to respond to disputes.
12 Refund Processing Time
If your refund is approved, we will process it through the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, country, and payment method. After we issue the refund, it may take several business days for the funds to appear in your account.
13 Partial Refunds
In some cases, UnGeo may approve a partial refund at our discretion. This may apply where a customer has used the service for a significant period, received a special discount, had a long-term plan, or where a full refund is not appropriate under the circumstances.
Partial refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed case by case.
14 Account Access After Refund
If a refund is issued, your subscription may be cancelled and access to the UnGeo service may be disabled.
We may also remove promotional access, trial eligibility, or future refund eligibility for accounts that have already received a refund.
15 Abuse Prevention
To keep the refund policy fair for all customers, we may refuse refund requests connected to abuse or misuse.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- creating multiple accounts to repeatedly use trials or refund periods;
- sharing, reselling, or commercially redistributing access;
- using false information or unauthorized payment methods;
- attempting to bypass subscription limits or technical restrictions;
- submitting repeated refund requests after successful service use;
- violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use rules.
16 Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When changes are made, we may update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
Refund requests are generally reviewed under the policy version available at the time of the original purchase, unless required otherwise by law or payment provider rules.
