Troubleshooting

In Windows 10, this link may appear as Change adapter options, Advanced network settings, or More network adapter options depending on your system version. You can also search for Network Connections from the Start menu.
Choose the adapter you are actively using. If you stream over Wi-Fi, configure Wi-Fi. If you use a cable connection, configure Ethernet.
Changing DNS settings requires administrator access. Sign in with an administrator account or approve the Windows permission prompt.
Your connection may be managed by security software, a VPN app, work/school policy, or another network tool. Disable conflicting network tools or contact the device administrator.
Make sure your UnGeo account is active, your current IP address is registered in the Client Area, and the DNS addresses were entered exactly as shown.
