Troubleshooting

Open Settings → Network → Network Setup first. On some Toshiba models, Advanced Network Setup may only appear after the TV is already connected to Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
Your Toshiba TV model may use a different operating system. If your TV runs Android TV, Fire TV, VIDAA, or Roku TV, use the setup guide for that operating system instead.
Make sure Auto Setup is set to Off. Toshiba TVs usually allow manual DNS only after automatic DNS setup is disabled.
Many Toshiba Smart TVs allow Primary DNS and Secondary DNS. Enter both UnGeo Smart DNS servers shown in your Client Area. If your TV only shows one DNS field, enter the primary server.
Use the Android TV or Google TV setup guide instead. The menu structure is different from classic Toshiba Smart TV menus.
Use the Amazon Fire TV setup guide instead. Toshiba Fire TV models use Amazon Fire TV network settings.
Use the VIDAA TV setup guide instead. Some Toshiba models use VIDAA OS, which has a different network menu.
Roku TV does not allow manual DNS changes directly on the TV. For Toshiba Roku TV, set up UnGeo Smart DNS on your router instead.
Make sure your UnGeo account is active, your current IP address is added in the Client Area, and the UnGeo Smart DNS servers were entered correctly. Then restart your Toshiba Smart TV and reopen the streaming app.
