Troubleshooting

On newer Samsung TVs, open Settings → All Settings → Connection → Network → Network Status. On older models, open Settings → General → Network → Network Status.
Run the Network Status test first. The IP Settings button usually appears after the connection check is complete.
Some newer Tizen versions may not save manual DNS correctly on certain firmware builds. If this happens, restart your TV, repeat the setup, and make sure DNS Setting is set to Enter manually before saving.
Most Samsung TVs only show one DNS Server field. Enter the primary server from your UnGeo Smart DNS servers list in the Client Area.
Make sure your UnGeo account is active, your current IP address is added in the Client Area, and the UnGeo DNS server was entered correctly.
