Troubleshooting

Press Home on your Philips remote and look for Setup or Settings. On some models, Network Settings may appear under All Settings or Wireless and Networks.
Change Network Configuration from DHCP or Automatic to Static IP first. Philips TVs usually show manual IP and DNS fields only after Static IP is enabled.
This is normal on many Philips Smart TVs. Use the same values shown in View Network Settings and only replace the DNS fields with your UnGeo Smart DNS servers.
One of the IP Address, Netmask, or Gateway values may have been entered incorrectly. Switch back to Automatic, reconnect to the internet, write down the current network details again, and repeat the setup carefully.
Many Philips Smart TVs allow DNS 1 and DNS 2. Enter both UnGeo Smart DNS servers shown in your Client Area. If your TV only shows one DNS field, enter the primary server.
If your Philips TV runs Android TV or Google TV, use the Android TV or Google TV setup guide instead. The menu structure is different from older Philips Smart TV and SAPHI models.
Some apps depend on your Philips TV model, operating system, region, and app store availability. If the app is missing, contact UnGeo support and we’ll help you choose the best setup option.
Make sure your UnGeo account is active, your current IP address is added in the Client Area, and the UnGeo Smart DNS servers were entered correctly. Then restart your Philips Smart TV and reopen the streaming app.
