Troubleshooting

Open Settings or Setup, then go to Network → Network Settings. On some Panasonic models, the option may be called Network Connection or Manual Setup.
Choose Custom setup first. Panasonic TVs often hide manual DNS fields when the network setup is set to Automatic.
Save the settings after turning DNS Auto Configuration (DHCP) off. If the TV does not save the change, restart the TV and repeat the setup.
No. In most cases, you only need to change the DNS fields. Keep your current IP address, subnet mask, and gateway values unchanged unless your network requires manual settings.
Many Panasonic TVs allow Primary DNS and Secondary DNS. Enter both UnGeo Smart DNS servers shown in your Client Area. If your TV only shows one DNS field, enter the primary server.
Switch DNS back to automatic, reconnect to the internet, then repeat the setup carefully. Make sure only the DNS fields were changed.
Panasonic Smart TVs use different systems depending on the model. Older models often use Viera/My Home Screen menus, while newer models may use Android TV, Google TV, or Fire TV. If your menu is different, use the guide that matches your TV operating system.
Make sure your UnGeo account is active, your current IP address is added in the Client Area, and the UnGeo Smart DNS servers were entered correctly. Then restart your Panasonic Smart TV and reopen the streaming app.
