Fetch TV Smart DNS Setup Guide
Follow this simple guide to set up UnGeo Smart DNS on your Fetch TV box using the built-in network settings.
Before You Start
Before changing your DNS settings, make sure your UnGeo account is active and your current IP address is added in your Client Area. If that is already done, continue with the DNS setup below.

Choose a plan and create your UnGeo account before setting up DNS.
Get Started ›Add your current IP address
Add your current IP address in the Client Area to allow UnGeo to work properly.
Register My IP Address ›Once both are done, continue with the DNS setup steps.
Step-by-Step Setup Guide
Open Fetch TV Menu
Press the Menu button on your Fetch TV remote.
Go to Manage
Open Manage from the main menu.
Open Settings
Select Settings to view your Fetch TV system options.
Go to Network
Select Network to open your current network settings.
Open IP Settings
Find IP Settings or the current internet connection settings for your Fetch TV box.
Change IP Settings to Manual
Change IP Settings from Automatic to Manual. This allows you to edit DNS settings.
Keep Current Network Details
Keep the current IP Address, Subnet Mask, and Gateway values unchanged unless your network requires different manual settings.
Enter Your UnGeo Smart DNS servers
In the DNS Server 1 field, enter the primary UnGeo Smart DNS server shown in your Client Area. If DNS Server 2 is available, enter the secondary UnGeo Smart DNS server as well.
Save Your Changes
Select Save, Apply, or OK to store the new network settings.
Restart Fetch TV
Turn your Fetch TV box off and back on so the new DNS settings are applied.
