Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using UnGeo. They explain how our Smart DNS service works, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from users.

Agreement between you and UnGeo

Welcome to UnGeo. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the UnGeo website, Smart DNS service, account area, setup guides, support services, and any related features provided by UnGeo.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies incorporated into them by reference, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not create an account, purchase a subscription, or use UnGeo.

2 About UnGeo

UnGeo is operated by Privaro Global LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company registration number 17336851, with registered office at 20 Wenlock Road, London, United Kingdom, N1 7TA.

In these Terms, “UnGeo”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Privaro Global LTD.

UnGeo provides a Smart DNS service designed to help users access supported online and streaming services on compatible devices through DNS-based routing technology.

UnGeo is not a streaming provider. We do not host, store, broadcast, sell, license, or redistribute movies, television programmes, live channels, or other third-party content. Content remains provided directly by the relevant streaming platforms, broadcasters, and content owners.

UnGeo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with any streaming platform, broadcaster, device manufacturer, channel, or other third-party service mentioned on our website unless expressly stated otherwise.

All third-party trademarks, logos, service names, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

3 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or purchase a subscription.

By using UnGeo, you confirm that:

the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date;
you have legal capacity to enter into an agreement with us;
you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account;
you will use the service only for lawful purposes;
you will not misuse, resell, or abuse the service.

4 Account Registration

To use UnGeo, you may need to create an account and provide certain information, including your email address and billing information.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your login credentials secure and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information, violate these Terms, or are used in a way that may harm UnGeo, our infrastructure, third parties, or other users.

5 Service Use

UnGeo is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless we provide written permission otherwise.

You agree not to:

resell, rent, sublicense, commercially redistribute, or otherwise commercially exploit access to UnGeo without our written permission;
use automated systems, scripts, bots, or similar tools to abuse or interfere with the service;
reverse engineer, probe, disrupt, overload, damage, or interfere with our systems or infrastructure;
use UnGeo for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, malicious, or harmful activities;
use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of third parties;
circumvent account limits, subscription limits, access controls, or technical restrictions;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or to any systems connected to UnGeo.

We may process technical and service-usage information where reasonably necessary to operate the service, protect our infrastructure, prevent fraud or abuse, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain reliable performance. Information about the data we collect and how we use it is described in our Privacy Policy.

6 Smart DNS Limitations

Smart DNS is different from a VPN. It does not encrypt your entire internet connection and does not provide the same privacy or security functionality as a VPN.

UnGeo is designed to improve compatibility with supported online and streaming services, but we cannot guarantee that every website, channel, streaming platform, regional library, device, application, router, network, or internet provider will work at all times.

Streaming platforms, broadcasters, content providers, device manufacturers, internet providers, and other third parties may change their systems, availability, applications, geographic restrictions, account requirements, or access policies without notice.

Such changes may temporarily or permanently affect compatibility with a specific third-party service.

We may modify DNS routing, server configurations, supported channels, device guides, infrastructure, and service features at any time in order to maintain or improve reliability, security, and compatibility.

7 Supported Channels and Devices

Lists of supported channels, applications, services, devices, and regions displayed on our website are provided for informational purposes and may change from time to time.

Availability may depend on your location, device, streaming account, application version, DNS configuration, internet provider, network configuration, and the policies or technical systems of third-party providers.

UnGeo does not guarantee permanent or uninterrupted compatibility with any particular streaming service, channel, application, regional library, device, or content title.

A separate subscription or account with a third-party streaming provider may be required. UnGeo does not provide or include subscriptions to third-party streaming platforms unless expressly stated otherwise.

8 Subscriptions and Payments

UnGeo offers paid subscription plans. Current prices, billing periods, included features, and promotional offers are displayed on our website or during checkout.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers, including Stripe, and by other payment methods or providers that we may make available during checkout.

Third-party payment providers process payment information on our behalf according to their own applicable terms and privacy policies. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, your subscription to UnGeo is provided by Privaro Global LTD.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Privaro Global LTD and the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the subscription you choose, including recurring renewal charges where applicable.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and keeping your payment information up to date.

If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, cancelled, or otherwise fails, we may suspend or restrict access to the service until payment is successfully completed.

Unless otherwise stated, subscription access begins after successful payment confirmation.

Taxes, VAT, sales taxes, or similar charges may be applied where required by applicable law.

9 Renewals and Cancellation

Subscription plans may renew automatically unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date.

Where automatic renewal applies, the payment method associated with your account may be charged for the next billing period at the applicable subscription price.

You may cancel your subscription through the client area where this option is available or by contacting UnGeo support.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund for previous payments.

Refund requests are handled separately in accordance with our Refund Policy and the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee described below.

If your subscription expires, is cancelled, or payment fails, access to UnGeo may be restricted or disabled.

10 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and Refunds

UnGeo offers eligible first-time customers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

You may request a refund within 30 calendar days from the date of your first successful payment for an eligible UnGeo subscription, subject to the conditions set out in our Refund Policy.

Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to eligible purchases regardless of whether the payment was processed by Stripe or another payment method made available directly through UnGeo, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically issue a refund. A refund request must be submitted in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Refund requests submitted after the applicable 30-day period are generally not eligible for a refund unless required by applicable law.

If a refund is approved, access to the UnGeo Smart DNS service associated with the refunded subscription may be cancelled or disabled.

We may reject or limit refund requests in cases involving fraud, abuse, repeated purchases and refund requests, chargeback misuse, violations of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, or other attempts to misuse the Money-Back Guarantee.

Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or override any mandatory consumer rights or remedies that apply to you under applicable law.

11 Support

UnGeo provides customer and technical support through the contact methods made available on our website and client area.

We aim to respond to support requests as quickly as reasonably possible, but response times may vary depending on request complexity, support volume, time zone, technical conditions, and service availability.

Support may include Smart DNS setup assistance, troubleshooting, billing assistance, account assistance, and compatibility guidance.

We are not responsible for providing technical support for unrelated third-party account issues, streaming provider subscriptions, device defects, internet provider problems, third-party software, or unauthorized use of third-party services.

12 Service Availability

We work to keep UnGeo stable, reliable, and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability of the service.

The service may be affected by planned maintenance, emergency maintenance, technical failures, internet routing problems, DNS changes, server outages, third-party platform changes, payment provider issues, security incidents, or events beyond our reasonable control.

We may modify, update, suspend, restrict, replace, or discontinue any part of the service where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, compliance, infrastructure changes, abuse prevention, compatibility, or legitimate business reasons.

13 Acceptable Use

You must use UnGeo responsibly and lawfully.

You may not use UnGeo to:

commit fraud, criminal activity, or other unlawful acts;
infringe intellectual property or other rights of third parties;
harass, threaten, abuse, exploit, or harm others;
distribute malware, malicious code, spam, or harmful traffic;
attack, scan, probe, overload, or interfere with networks, systems, or services;
gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
circumvent payment or subscription requirements imposed by third-party services;
resell or commercially exploit UnGeo without our written permission.

Serious or repeated violations may result in restriction, suspension, or termination of your account. Refund eligibility following termination will be determined in accordance with these Terms, our Refund Policy, and applicable law.

14 Third-Party Services

UnGeo may help configure DNS-based access for supported third-party streaming services, applications, websites, devices, and platforms.

These third-party services are independently operated and are not controlled by Privaro Global LTD.

Your use of a third-party service remains subject to that provider's own terms, subscription requirements, geographic availability, policies, account rules, and technical restrictions.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any third-party service complies with its applicable terms and with the laws applicable to you.

UnGeo is not responsible for third-party content, subscriptions, pricing, application changes, account restrictions, geographic restrictions, outages, errors, removals, or changes in availability.

15 Intellectual Property

The UnGeo name, website, original content, design, branding, text, graphics, icons, layouts, software components, documentation, setup guides, and other proprietary materials are owned by Privaro Global LTD or used under appropriate permission or licence.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, redistribute, resell, publish, reverse engineer, or commercially use proprietary UnGeo materials without our prior written permission, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

Third-party trademarks, logos, channel names, product names, and platform names displayed on our website remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification, informational, and compatibility purposes only.

16 Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your account or access to UnGeo where reasonably necessary, including where:

you materially or repeatedly violate these Terms;
you violate our Acceptable Use Policy;
your payment fails or is reversed;
you misuse or abuse the service;
your account is connected to fraud, malicious activity, or chargeback abuse;
your use creates a security, technical, legal, financial, or operational risk;
we are required to do so by law, court order, regulatory requirement, or applicable payment-provider rules.

Termination may result in loss of access to the service.

Refund eligibility following suspension or termination, if any, will be determined according to our Refund Policy and applicable law.

17 Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, UnGeo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device or network, or capable of maintaining access to every third-party streaming platform, channel, region, application, or content title.

Third-party services may make technical or policy changes at any time, and such changes may affect compatibility with UnGeo.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that may otherwise be implied, including warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

18 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Privaro Global LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from or relating to your use of UnGeo, including loss of access, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, service interruptions, or changes made by third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the UnGeo service will not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the subscription giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable consumer protection law.

19 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the UnGeo service are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where permitted by applicable law, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

If you are a consumer residing outside England and Wales, nothing in this section deprives you of any mandatory right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction where such a right is provided by applicable law.

Before starting formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact our support team so that we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.

20 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the service, payment methods, legal requirements, security requirements, or our business operations.

When we update these Terms, we will update the “Last updated” date displayed at the top of this page.

Where required by applicable law, we may provide additional notice of material changes.

Your continued use of UnGeo after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using the service and cancel your subscription before the next renewal.
