Troubleshooting

Make sure your device is connected to the Netgear router. Try routerlogin.net, routerlogin.com, 192.168.1.1, or 192.168.0.1.
Open Internet, Basic Settings, or Internet Setup, then look for Domain Name Server (DNS) Address.
Select Use These DNS Servers first. Netgear usually unlocks the Primary DNS and Secondary DNS fields only after this option is selected.
Restart your Netgear router and reconnect your devices to the network. Some devices may keep old DNS settings until they reconnect.
Make sure your UnGeo account is active, your current IP address is added in the Client Area, and the UnGeo Smart DNS servers were entered correctly.
