Troubleshooting

On macOS, open Applications → Utilities → AirPort Utility. On iPhone or iPad, install AirPort Utility from the App Store if it is not already available.
Restart AirPort Express first, then restart the devices connected to it. Devices may keep old DNS settings until they reconnect.
If AirPort Express is in Bridge Mode, change DNS on the main router instead. Bridge Mode may prevent AirPort Express from assigning DNS to connected devices.
Make sure you are editing the AirPort Express base station in AirPort Utility and that you have the base station password.
Make sure your UnGeo account is active, your current IP address is added in the Client Area, and the UnGeo Smart DNS servers were entered correctly.
