Xbox 360 Smart DNS Setup Guide
Follow this simple guide to set up UnGeo Smart DNS on your Xbox 360 using the built-in network settings.
Before You Start
Before changing your DNS settings, make sure your UnGeo account is active and your current IP address is added in your Client Area. If that is already done, continue with the DNS setup below.

Choose a plan and create your UnGeo account before setting up DNS.
Get Started ›Add your current IP address
Add your current IP address in the Client Area to allow UnGeo to work properly.
Register My IP Address ›Once both are done, continue with the DNS setup steps.
Step-by-Step Setup Guide
Open Xbox 360 Settings
From the Xbox 360 dashboard, go to Settings.
Open System Settings
Select System Settings from the settings menu.
Go to Network Settings
Select Network Settings.
Choose Your Network
Select Wired Network if you use Ethernet, or choose your active Wi-Fi network if you are connected wirelessly.
Open Configure Network
Select Configure Network to view the network configuration.
Open DNS Settings
On the Basic Settings tab, select DNS Settings.
Change DNS Settings to Manual
Select Manual so you can enter DNS servers manually.
Enter Your UnGeo Smart DNS servers
In the Primary DNS Server field, enter the primary UnGeo Smart DNS server shown in your Client Area. In the Secondary DNS Server field, enter the secondary UnGeo Smart DNS server if available.
Save Your Changes
Select Done to save the DNS settings.
Test Xbox Live Connection
Select Test Xbox Live Connection and wait for the test to complete.
Restart Xbox 360
Turn your Xbox 360 off and back on so the new DNS settings are fully applied.
