Troubleshooting

Open Settings → Network → Set Up Internet Connection and choose Custom. DNS Settings appears during the custom network setup flow.
Both can work, but a LAN cable is usually more stable for streaming and gaming. Choose the connection type you actually use on your PS4.
Check that IP Address Settings is set to Automatic, DHCP Host Name is Do Not Specify, MTU is Automatic, and Proxy Server is Do Not Use. Then enter your UnGeo Smart DNS servers again.
Restart your router and PS4, then repeat the setup. Make sure your Wi-Fi password is correct if you are using Wi-Fi.
Make sure your UnGeo account is active, your current IP address is added in the Client Area, and the UnGeo Smart DNS servers were entered correctly.
