Troubleshooting

Open Menu → Manage → Settings → Network. On some Fetch TV models, the menu names may vary slightly depending on the software version.
Change IP Settings from Automatic to Manual first. Fetch TV usually shows editable DNS fields only after manual network settings are enabled.
This is normal when Manual setup is enabled. Keep your current network values unchanged and only replace the DNS fields with your UnGeo Smart DNS servers.
One of the manual network values may be incorrect. Switch IP Settings back to Automatic, reconnect to the internet, then repeat the setup carefully.
Make sure your UnGeo account is active, your current IP address is added in the Client Area, and the UnGeo Smart DNS servers were entered correctly. Then restart Fetch TV and reopen the streaming app.
