Troubleshooting

Open Settings → Network Settings → Network Setup. Select Automatic first, let WD TV receive network details, then open Network Setup again and choose Manual.
This is normal when Manual setup is enabled. Keep the values received from Automatic setup and only change the DNS field.
Most WD TV models provide one DNS field. Enter the primary UnGeo Smart DNS server shown in your Client Area.
WD TV app availability may depend on your model, firmware version, and device region. Some older WD TV models may not show certain streaming apps.
Make sure your UnGeo account is active, your current IP address is added in the Client Area, and the UnGeo Smart DNS server was entered correctly. Then restart WD TV and reopen the streaming app.
