Check your UnGeo account
Make sure you have an active UnGeo account to use UnGeo Smart DNS.
On older macOS versions, open System Preferences instead. Then go to Network, select your connection, click Advanced, and open the DNS tab.
Make sure you selected your active Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection first. On older macOS versions, the button may be called Advanced instead of Details.
You may need administrator permission, or your network may be managed by a work, school, VPN, or security profile. Try unlocking the settings or checking installed network profiles.
Make sure your UnGeo account is active, your current IP address is added in the Client Area, and the DNS addresses were entered exactly as shown.
Restart your browser or streaming app. If needed, disconnect and reconnect Wi-Fi, or restart your Macbook to refresh the network configuration.
